To be sure that the safety of users is not put at risk, and that the installation continues to be in a safe and serviceable condition. Every electrical installation has a recommended time period in which they should leave between having periodic inspections done. For example domestic households it is 10 years, for rented residential accommodation it is every 5 years and a routine check upon change of tenancy/one yearly.
Redpath Installs being Elecsa Part P Approved contractors and City & Guilds 2391 Qualified will check the electrical installation for compliance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
Upon completion you will be issued with an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) detailing any observed damage, deterioration, defects, dangerous conditions and any non-compliance with the present day wiring standards. We will be able to give you advice on how best to remedy any such non-compliance and issue a free no obligation Quotation to carry out the works.
